Mine got eaten by possums a couple of months ago
Got some critical kush, ghost train, blue dream and rugburn that I took from clone not long ago and chucked them in a gorse field near me to see what they grow outdoors like. Nelson area.
Small still though as I wasnt expecting my main crop to get munched early, such a shame.

Nice!

Here's some update pics of mine. Excuse the crap quality but cheap phone camera. They are really booming now. I topped all the ones that hadn't started flowering two weeks ago and they have really boosted. All the new growth is pink and you can almost see them grow they are going so hard. On the home stretch now. Solstice was on dec 22 and they are all shooting pistils. I have high hopes for these bagseed girls. I just can't afford to pay the mob or black power 20 bucks for half a gram of shit hence why I am doing this. I need this medicine for my wellbeing. Sick to death of being ripped off by gangs. I weighed a foil last week and it was 0.4g! I shit you not. I got four whole spots out of it. Legalise this shit already so I can live my life without fear. Peace!IMG_20160105_162020 - Copy.jpg IMG_20160105_162020 - Copy.jpg IMG_20160105_162041 - Copy.jpg IMG_20160105_162054 - Copy.jpg IMG_20160105_162103 - Copy.jpg IMG_20160105_162142 - Copy.jpg IMG_20160105_162203 - Copy.jpg

Sup. Don't use the cheap stuff from bunnings like I did. It's far too peaty and I am having issues with it drying out and shrinking in the pots making me water more often than I would like. Not good but I'll know for next time. I would like a mix with more perlite in it and less peat. The rose mix they sell is supposed to be excellent but it costs. You would think that dirt is dirt aye but not the case.

I like a rich organic mix, I start with a base soil then add stuff like worm castings, bat guano, bone meal, phosphate, lime etc, lots of perlite and a few hydro balls for drainage.
Theres lots of good mixes on google.
Or just do a lazy cheap one and use warehouse or bunnings potting mix use lots of perlite again for drainage especially important when using those kind of wet mixes. If you can water it often that is, obviously if you cant water daily you will want vermiculite and water crystals added.
Also with autos I like to top them once just above the second node to get four main colas, only top once as you are limited veg times with autos so you want to maximise it as much as possible, I find I get more from autos when i top them, rather then growing out naturally, even though the topping will stunt it but only lose a day growth If that.
I like growing autos.
