Kalashnikovs are sweet, as long as you get the good ones, not the chinese or north korean bullshit.
czechoslokaian and russian made ones are best.

the 7.62 round is kinda fun,, performing about on a par with .357 magnums in terminal ballistics, but with greater range and a flatter trajectory.

they are overall a much better weapons than the Stoner designs, which are nearly as fun as the name implies. the funny little jiggle they do when fired is rather amusing, but they dont deliver kinetic energy on target at reasonable ranges for a carbine like the AK's.

Kalashnikovs are serious business, ARs are toys.
neither are toys and both serve their own purpose. but ide rather have an sks than an ak. and the 7.62 is a pretty good round. was thinking about getting a 7.62 chambered AR myself to have the best of both world. blew a toilet to pieces today with a sks with 2 shots. fun to shoot if nothing else.

This is a third world country and typical of how they treat their citizens. Arm them to go fight or militant groups fighting their government.
It's not some sort of gun collectors vision of a perfect world.

Wonder what the deal with the white doll is?
That kid looks pretty stoned.

Sounds like you have been reading gun magazines so you can pretend like you know how to shoot.

and a moped is a motorcycle...

AR's are a triumph of design over engineering, they have too many concessions to the foolishness of 1960's military doctrine to be really effective at what they pretend to be,, which is a weapon of war.

Cartridge Chambering: the 5.56 nato cartridge is aa high velocity low mass plinking round better suited to varmint shooting and target competition than the serious business of killing people. i would not like to be shot with one, but if i had to choose one round to get hit by, the 5.56 nato would be a lot better choice than getting shot by a .308 of a .50BMG.

"Recoil Buffer": dude... who needs a spring loaded recoil reducer with a mild ass round like the .223? answer: pansies.

Tacticool Accessories: useless fripperies

Plastic: Plastic Parts Are Made For Toys.

Light Weight: Too delicate to be used as a club, too light to serve as a a butt stroker, and too short to be effective as a bayonet shaft.

Fragile Construction: if you drop it or hit somebody over the head with it, you have no weapon any more. brilliant.

Dust And Sand: when you open the hatch to make it ready for use, you make it vulnerable to failure from small amounts of dirt and debris.

Gas Tube Action: the kalashnikov's long piston gas mechanism doesnt freeze up in the cold, bung up with grease mud sand or crud, and doesnt corrode from the inside until it suddenly fails without warning. gas tubes are more rube goldberg complexity for the sake of having "Clean Lines" and "Edgy Futuristic Design"

Final Analysis: The AR series is designed to look cool, and engineering took a distant second place. AR's are the iMac of guns, shiny plastic and modern looks concealing serious engineering faults and compromises for the sake of appearance

kalashnikovs are a finely hone battle implement who would only suffer from a slightly anemic round and generally loose chamberings.

yep, thats gotta be it.

the reloading bench and 15 pounds of loose powder in my workshop, all my guns, and my enjoyment of shooting is all just an act to conceal my paralyzing fear of firearms.

if you think the .223/5.56 nato is a serious cartidge then youre an irresponsible hunter.

if i wouldnt use it on deer, why the fuck would i trust that popgun on The Most Dangerous Game?

and just as a rejoinder, perhaps yuo have been reading Anarchist Newsletters so you can pretend tyou know anything about political theory or the workings of philosophies?

Yea, ok buddy. I get it that you want something

What your retarded liberals don't seem to realise is that although you're more likely to be shot in the US, over here junkies/other miscreants use dirty syringes, Stanley knives, kitchen knives, etc even normal fucking bricks to rob people.

Personally Id rather a junkie point a gun at me than stick me with a dirty syringe.

Or even better, gimme concealed carry...but no no, we've to go out unarmed into the world where the "outlaws" clearly don't give a shit about the law anyways and are thusly armed.

Long story short, the rest of the world has its whackos, rapos, etc... but taking away law abiding citizens ability to defend themselves for people who will ignore the law anyways?

Yeah, cool story.

I think need to ban my speakers too. They can produce distortion free sound up to 115 db(a). OSHA only allows 15 minutes at that level before you risk hearing loss. You could seriously damage your ears if you watched your average 90 minute movie like that.

thats a little harsh , but as usual you really drive the point home, subelty and you and I, go togather like...well lets just say we aren't good friends. The fact is, AK's and their many cousins are built like tanks and I would trust them with my life and for the rest of my life, I was just thinking today; 'What is the ratio of fully functional M16s from the their inception compared to the ak', I have beat up aks with hammers, but yes I like AR because they are light weight and cool like my ipod nano, brilliant comparison lol ;)

It is amazing that tens of thousands of children each year die from obesity related problems, yet people go crazy when children die in a school shooting.

Are we as a society more concerned about "how" a child dies instead of "if" a child dies?
