Hi everyone, i've been lurking this forum for quite a while now and the amount i've learnt from this site is insane! So much good info going around.
My first plant i ever grew was outside, everything was going great! It was a female just starting to flower and the next day i go out to water her, a deer was there before me
nothing left but a shriveled failure.
Now that the season is over i've been interested in growing indoors, but really stealth. I need some advice on building a grow dresser
The box will be in a closet in my room, down in the basement.
the dimesions are 35 inch height x 24 inch width x 15 inch deep
i have as of right now 4 23w 2700 lumen CFL's, a timer, some sunshine #5 soil (worked for me outside very well) and a couple pots
My questions are, will i need ventilation? I plan on using the old yeast + sugar trick to get some co2 in the box with just an air purifier to circulate the air. Will this work?
Secondly, is the amount of light i have enough for 1 or 2 plants? Should i start in smaller pots and transplant, or just put them in their permanent home right from the start? ( i'm using seeds)
I also have some semi-gloss white paint, is this reflective enough for me to use on the inside of my box?
Do i need to make reflectors if my box is painted white?
