Jack the Ripper, Agent Orange. Both of those strains i've grown one plant from one seed, and in both cases the high was waaay too mindbending for me. It was so potent I just don't want to smoke it because the effects were so heavy. I also hear Pandoras Box is insanely potent but I have never tried that one because I fear the genetics power. I'm sure Subcool will answer you with the best advice, but in the meanwhile I wanted to throw in my 2 cents given i've had agent orange to smoke for the last 3 months

I'm going out on a limb here but his exact words in the TGA strain menu are.................
" This is our most stable hybrid and most well received strain. When someone asks which of our strains should I try? I always recommend Vortex. This is a very unique Cindy-like plant with a bizarre twist! This strain is very potent. This strain has been known to cause sweats and a temperature rise. To put it simply...This is “Incredible Marijuana”!!!"

Yeah he always recommends Vortex, but there's been a few new strains since then. I've heard Plushberry is pretty good along with Querkle and Jilly Bean.

Have Space Queen going and JTR, The Void, Vortex, Chernobyl, and Dairy Queen on the way. Plushberry has unfortunately been sold out, and I am trying to get a cut of Jillybean from my friend. Wouldn't mind having all of his gear in my stable. I think Agent Orange and Pandoras Box are on my list next.

2 more weeks to go on some Jillybean. Smells incredibly orange/lemon now that it is maturing it is getting more pungent and piney. It yields big and finishes fast. I'm not complaining. Next grow is gonna be OG Raskal's fire OG, sorry mizzJill.

I'm runnin' TGA's Third Dimension, and currently about two weeks away from harvest. This will be the first TGA strain I try, but I can tell it will be a keeper. I'm sure I have the 'tropical' phenotype Sub talks about due to the tremendous fruity smell, and the resin production is just STUPID!! There is trichomes all down the stems and fan leaves! I also have Vortex, Querkle, and the Void for the future. All the Best in your search!

There is no single TGA strain you will be unhappy with.

For a tropical smooth flavor and mellow high, I recommend Jilly Bean. A lifelong friend of mine and serious weed-snob said of her aroma "That's a smell you will never smell on another plant"

Jacks Cleaner 2 or Jack the Ripper are very good if you like a citrus taste and strong high.

I could go on and on and on. Just pick a few and join the club. You will be happy.

Couldn't agree more. Vortex is my favorite from TGA Subcool. I have spent the last week saying "What will I grow with Vortex so if the vortex doesn't male I can find a male from other plants..." then I think should I grow 3 vortex, or just 5 and then grow 7 instead of six and what will those 2 other plants be???

Currently i'm thinking of growing 3 Vortex, 1 Apollo 13bx, 1 apollo13bx X Flav, Cheesequake X Flav???? But in the end I got another 10 pack of original Vortex as well so I shouldn't worry about breeding it when I have the ability to in around 3-4 weeks. I truely miss having vortex to smoke. I would love a male vortex so I can breed more vortex AND Pollenate my other crosses to push their genetics forward with a leap of quality!

I'd recommend Vortex, Plushberry or Chernobyl. Not that you can go wrong with any other TGA strain, just my personal favorites. I've yet to try some of their strains, but the 10 or so I have tried have all been seriously dank. I'll always have TGA gear in my garden!

the difference between tga gear and og raskals gear is the type of bud. it seems like everything in cali is a og cross or "amazing hybrid" there of. tga strains have different lineage that makes growing and smoking there gear alot more interesting

can anyone recomend which tga strains would be best outdoor new england?
Chernobyl maybe your best bet for that area, I grew in the NE area for a few years & can concur that is will be great for mold & bugs resistance from my testing with some of Sub's other strains grown in the bay area in Cali

Good luck out there & watch the poison ivy
