I have a few guesses but could use some experts opinions on what is wrong here..

Light is 400wt HPS,
This is week 3
Northern Lights Blue Auto strain
P.H is regulated
Fox Farm Grow Big Nutes are given at half strength at every watering
Temp is 75-85
Humidity 40-50
Fox Farm Soil
Roots are coming out the bottom. they look healthy. will be replanting tomorrow.

I think all the autos should be planted straight into final (big) container. how big is this pot?

you're right but i read that a lil too late and the pot is too small i think. less than a gallon, not sure exactly..

I wouldn't worry about these spots just give'er a big pot! you'll get some nice flowers out of it
