hi need a option on lighting

Hi everyone I am currently doing a 14 auto plant grow useing a 600w cool tube in a grow tent that is 5' 8" by 5'8" and I have done a lot of reading up but I was under the impression that a 600w mh and hps would be enough for this size tent I however am really worried that I am way under the recommended lumens per sq ft that everyone is saying online the hps is 90,000 lumens that's only around 2500 per sq ft. Is this going to not be enough to have a good yield? I am hoping for 6 to 7 zips. Thanks everyone any options would be great!

14? And a 1000 watt is called for with this room.

yeah i kinda agree autos stay small couldve grew all those to maturity in in 6qt pots with a 600w in a 2x4.

I have them in 3 gallon pots and I bought all the equipment from a friend so did not have much choice to the size tent when I spent less then 300$ for everything... I just am worried there not going to get enough light I have the cool tube a foot away. Is the quality going to be effected from using to big of a tent and am I going to end up with airy buds thanks for the help only my second grow first was a closet grow with cfl.

BTW I started this grow already so that's why I'm so worried.

Correction the grow tent is 5' by 5' so that's 2400 lumens a sq ft at veg and 3600 lumens a sq ft with the hps any help would be sweet really need to no if this is gonna be enough light for quality bud thanks! Happy growing.

sounds good enough just keep the plants in close to the lights. add some 23w cfls to each plant if they are spaced to far apart.

Thanks. Yeah I have a few cfls I'm going to hang one on each corner of the tent 100w bulbs 1250 lumens each I believe. And I have all the buckets in middle of the tent have about a foot around the buckets in the tent to walk. They seem to be doing fine day 7 and there bout 2 to 3 inches tall on third set of leaves. Thanks for the help guys!
