High CBD strains?

Anyone know of a decent yielding, super high CBD strain that's relatively easy to grow?
Is that asking too much, maybe? I'm looking for something to help with insomnia so a
total knock-out high would be preferable. Any suggestions?

man i am aaalll about the cannabidiol content. if you want to boost CBD in any grow you must over ripen your buds. i always harvest late now that i smoke for medical. it makes for a much heavier smoke.

Ahhh..thanks ylem, I didn't even think about that. I don't like it every single time I smoke, but I like to get fused to the couch sometimes. Helps me fall asleep and deal with mirgraines too. High THC seems to make migraines worse.

Harlequin has a ridiculous amount of cdb's, somewhere in the area of 4% with a very low THC percentage.
some Harlequin has 10-12%. Soma A+, Pineapple Thai, Jamaican Lion are all about 5-7% CBD and lower % THC. Different labs report different numbers. The SF area has the best selection, LA some, after that they are hard to find. There are probably regional strains as well.

yep, a lot of people think that. If the bud grows until the tricome gets dark, the THC can degrade a bit to CBN. It cannot & will not convert to CBD. Those percentages are set by genetics.

If you want CBD rich, you grow CBD rich. In the Sativa world, 1% is lot of CBD. For Indica, 4-7% is a good medical range and THC will be lower. But a 1/1 ratio seems to be best.
