don't know but I do know when a nuclear power like Russia promises a policy will lead to war with them the USA had damn well better take it serious as a mother fucker,what I'd love to know is why Russia is so dead against Hillary when they had a relationship with her,her emails just leaked prove she has a back room relationship with Putin,why is he so afraid of her policies is the real question .
