HLG 100 QB or 3 Vero29 COB

I’m getting a new led for my first grow room since my babies are outgrowing their CFL. I’m deciding between buying a COB kit with 3 Vero29 3500k SE with a HLG-240H-C2100B driver for $248 or a HLG 100w Quantum Board at $150, possibly an adddional one later down the road. Which one is superior? Will this be enough for a 3’x2’x5’ with 2 Autos?

The Vero fixture will be enough, you would need a pair of the HLG's to get enough light for that area.
