whatever you say there is a totally different learning curve in early veg under white led for lots of people, i'm just trying to understand why

thank you. iv'e heard alot about raising temps and put various reptile lamps and heat mats in to raise em with slightly better results.
i'm trying clones in propagators now with 80% odd humidity. and 80 plus temps early thoughts are good after a couple of days.
will say again have no problems at all in later veg and flower .

bollocks clones star burning under white led at full strength nutes
I give my little plants the same water I do my flowering plants pretty much. I give balanced nutes so it's just the same for my veg and flower plants. The only differance is in how often they recieve nutes vs plain water for me. But I'm using what I think are very effective and forgiving nutrients, others may not be able to do it this way.

Yes exactly
Edit: I would also guess you don't feed enough under led
don't think its not feeding enough pal i really don't. think its all to do with humidity and vpd and i suppose me adding heat lamps is just lowering humidity.
hopefully adding propagators will help.
i no its all about getting environment right but with white led its very difficult for any grower, especially newbs .

I havent personally noticed a differance for veg between any light provided it has enough intensity.
I grow soil, I clone in solo cups filled with my premium potting soil that is comparable to happy frog, soon as I see yellowing I give it nutrients. I never use any cloning gels or powders, always works perfectly for me. If they dont immediately respond to the nutrients at any stage of growth I use Epsom salt at a tablespoon or so per gallon for a watering or 2 then just water then nutrients again. Seems to work for me. My white led veg area as just under 100 watts, using a 315 Cmh 3500k to veg at the moment though because it's a bit bigger area at this point and it was cheaper and easier to go the cmh route.

It all seems so complicated, but really its just a few degrees of temp and a bit more RH. Been running QBs for a while now and the only issues i had were the first month or so before i figured out that just turning my extraction fan down by about 15 percent provided the neccessary climate adjustment. As much as i see people on these forums having problems keeping their rooms/tents cool I'd have thought people would be stoked about a light that operates better in slightly warmer environments. Go figure.

Well the numbers for her recommend height are low and you were running them higher and said you matched ppfd for both lights not sure what I spun around unless you changed how you are doing the side by side again.

Hybrid is he won't give it up
If you're reffering to the veg room? The HLG may have had a lower central point at times but always an equal to much higher, even Ppfd.
You guys can accept it or not but why dont you grab some coco, your favorite nute from the past or currently use, (nothing new that's specially adapted), a few strains & see or yourself? Nonna this 2 week veg BS either. Grow the plants under white with only the given feeding schedule from that nute line. Worked fine before under hps right? No adding Mag or anything but the proper feeding schedule from that full line.

Give it a go then speak to me.

Already did. I've grown under almost every kind of light. MH/HPS, floro, blurple (CLW SS440 with 3w Osram)... it's got nothing to do with mag, or cal/mag. Its just VPD my dude.

i have been vegging and flowering under 3500k cxb3590 for 3 to 4 years.my gg4 strain does purple more so than when i vegged with hps .it also wants more mag in flower when put under my 4 to 8 cob light fixtures.i need a bigger veg room to get better light to all the plants when they get bigger.i run jacks pro hydro mix at 650 ppm from cloning to finish.the gg4 needs more but my other strains dont so it suffers a bit.my sour d which i dont have anymore needed extra mag no matter what light i used.my plants have been doing better since i set my mini split to 75 instead of 80.i slowly dropped it and the cooler temps helped stabilize my nutrient solution from creeping up constantly.it is now holding at 1.1 to 1.2 which is right where i mix it.i use at least 40 gallons in my flower room a week.i do have co2 set at 900ppm

It's difficult because there is alot of misinformation

I've grown hundreds of plants exactly like you say with no issues and alot of other people have it's really crazy to me that you have failed so much.

Why don't you grab some Pro=Mix HP and see how it performs under the LED's with the same nutrient formula as coir. Do you grow in anything besides COCO COIR?
My Glues are just as mag hungry under HID's as they are under LED's.
"Hid defeciency" what?! Don't tell hybrid

hey not everyone can grow rabbit food under leds, you need special sauce leds for that!
The sad sad part is that neither you nor @Ryante55 ever offer anything helpful to the community and just bring negativity to this led section. I am sure you two members are responsible for many leaving this forum and costing RIU in membership and advertiser dollars. @sunni should really be keeping an eye on you two.
The post I am quoting shows just how out of touch you are to what is really going on.... :dunce:

I will be tryin the Pro-Mix again.
N yeah, i doubt it.
Dude yeah he's such a pro his lettuce still looks good even with all those "led defeciency" problems.
U 2 Numb Nuts ( semethis) use the term out of context. You guys make NO sense & confuse real growers.
