hmm my plants are saging

ok this is kinda odd i put my plants under a 400watt hps last night and this morning i could see a difference in growth but my leaves were kinda saggy not disscolord not curly so dont know what it is

There wasn’t much to go on there but it could be heat. It could also be lack of water and it could be to much water.

How close to the top of your plants is your light? Stick your hand between your light and plants right at the top of the plants and see if it is comfortable or not. If it is hot, as in more than just nice and warm, then you likely have your light to close. Then it could be overall room temperature. What is the temperature? Something in the 70 to 75 degree range is great. Much cooler than that will mean slower growth and while you can go somewhat higher without real problems to warm will cause problems and wilting can be one of them.

i dont think its heat because i had a themometer on them and they were below 80 degrees and im not over watering mabey its the strain its a white dwarf(dwarf White widow)
