holes and yellowing spots in leaves please help?

Hi guys so I am running a 600w hps light and a 600w heavenbright cob led , now the leaves under the cob leds look fine but the leaves under the 600w hps look awful , I have 2 mini fans and 1 big fan in my 8x4 tent under my scrog my temps stay at 75-80 and
50 - 60 RH, I have intake and outtake fan running 24/7 to keep temps right, leafs are wet sometimes and I am not using a foliar spray either, I checked under a microscope for spidermites its not that, the plants seemed fine in the veg tent but in flower the leaves seemed to start looking awful, I am currently in week 2 of flower, I have been using the nectar of the gods A+B
Zeus Juice,Herculean Harvest,Medusas Magic,Gaia Mania

but I have just started using House and gardens additives Root excel, Algen extract, nitrogen booster, Multizen

Man that looks like bugs to me.

I'm not convinced you have an insect problem....is it just those few leaves with holes? Doesn't look like anything I've ever seen.

Holes look like damage done from tending them or heavy winds.

yeah I have fan near them but its not pushing out a lot of power, I think it might be stress from temps but temps aren't crazy high or low and humidty is stable , and I used a microscope to check for mites I don't see any mites, I just bought a dehumidifier today and put it in the tent to keep the humidity perfect hopefully its that

I had something very similar happen and it seemed to be a wind burn situation. Another thing... how close are your LED's? I would try removing the bad fan leaves and making sure your fans aren't doing more than just making them dance a little bit - consistently. I gave my girl showing these symptoms a little haircut and lowered my oscillating fan to below canopy just a few days ago for these same issues and already we are looking better. I am also using the Nectar for the Gods line and loving it!

Are you testing pH?

I think this is a case of over-loving the plant.
