I can see a few white dots on the second picture, look under the leave closely after Spider Mites, you might wanna use a scope or something.

Nah spider mites don't chew holes they suck chlorophyll out of your leaves that's why im confused I have holes but no visible pests I've searched my whole room and can't find anything

foliar spraying or hit them with any drops of neem right before the lights were on, or while the lights are on?

I didn't say anything about the holes, I was talking about the few white dots I could see on the picture number 2.

Most of the time holes and tears on bottom and sometimes higher leaves are normal. Either from wind damage, or just trauma when moving, maybe got splashed with nutes or just the beginning and end of a quick deficiency. I almost always have a few leaves with some types of holes on bottom branches.
