I have grown hollands hope from the ceres seed company and i was not too impressed with it. I chose this strain because it was supposed to be mold resistant and have the ability to do good in a bad season. It was a pretty dry grow season and this stuff still got moldy, it is not very potent and it is an average yielder at best. I am always looking for good outdoor strains to grow and this one was a disapointment. It may grow better from a different seed company I don't know. If you want a good outdoor strain to try go with frisian dew from dutch passion. It has above average yields and finishes very early(early september in nova scotia) so mold is not much of a problem. There are 2 different pheno types for this plant, one has purple buds and the other stays green. The purple phenotype finishes a week or two before the green kind. They grow to be about 6 to 7 feet tall and have lots of shoots without even topping it. The high is relly good to you can feel it in your face and eyes from the very first toke.I highy recommend for the outdoor grower.

frisian dew is the only really good outdoor strain i have found, and will be growing next year. I am also going to try mendocino madness from th seeds and the church from greeen house seed company, they are supposed to good outdoor strains.

Hey dukey where did you order the frisian dew from when i go on dutch passion seeds it says will not ship anywhere outside of europe and did you get the feminized version. As for an above average yielder how much are we talkin grams per plant and when did u crop them out? any pics??

I ordered my frisian dew through single seeds canada but there is probably other seed banks you could go through. As for the yield i was getting between 1/2 pound to a pound depending if you vegged them inside first befor putting them outside. Considering it has such a short flowering time(finishes the first week of september in canada)the yields were pretty good.
