HolyGrail Kush-Liberty Haze-Orange Bud-Critical + Grow in Coco

Hey Guys

heard so much about these strains HGK from DNA, Liberty Haze from Barneys, that i had to have a crack at them. Critical + from DinaFem is meant to be a huge yielder so wanted a piece of that, and Orange Bud from Dutch Passion is a trip down memory lane for me being a skunk. got my hands on an ounce of this stuff a good 12 years ago and has always given me great nostalgic feelings of happiness .

ive got a northern lights from Nirvana running also but this is just a back up should tragedy strike.

Got a 90x90 tent
600w cool tube for flower
250 w MH for veg

were in 1ltr pots with Canna Coco professional, to be transfered into 11ltr pots when there ready.
there 11 days from sprout and being fed Canna Coco a+b, Rhizotonic and 1/8 strength B52.

started them 24/0 on 3x30Watt CFLs for a week and the're now under my 250 w MH bulb 18/6 for another 3 or 4 weeks.

once into flowering ive got advanced Nutrients BiG Bud, B52, Overdrive and Canna PK14/15 to smash them with.


ive done alot of reading on the Canna Coco thread and also Pukka Buds thead.

Thinking Bout Scroging these bad boys too.

Any advice hints or tips along the way would be awesome, and hopefully should have some amazing christmas bleego

this is one of the Northern lights from my last grow

Early signs on the holy grail kush are that its a droopy fucker. all other plants at just under 2weeks are standing to attention. but the hgk's leaves are drooping before and after watering.

the trusty old Nirvana Northern Light may have to come into use if things dont improve as only have room for 4 plants.

watering when pots have lost half there weight and feeding with every water.

Leaves have perked up a little on the hgk, but growth is slow and underdeveloped compared to the other girls. there is going to be a painful moment when a decision has to be made on whether the northern lights(which is going for it btw)stays which is what my head is saying or stick with the HGK, which is what my heart is saying haha

yeah dude!!! post some pics i got some hgk seeds coming soon! im gunna pop all seeds take cuttings off each moma , bloom each cutting in blue hydro buckets with a standard feeding regimen and see what phenotype i happen to like and decide what stays and what goes..

These are the girls 16 days from sprout.

feeding them
6mls per 2ltrs of rhizotonic
2mls per 2ltrs of canna a + b
and half a ml of B52 per 2ltrs

the B52 im gonna run low in the background through out the veg period and them pump it up at the beginning of flowering as i taper off the rhizotnic

in the pics HGK is in the middle, critical + is back right, orange bud is front right, liberty haze is back left and northern lights is front left

Nice Nice...doin good just got to my studio munchin on a burger ready to take a bong toke.....hey what northern lights is that?! before i ordered my seeds a buddy of mine wanted me to check and see if they had northern lights #5 and i did some interesting research and learned that that specific NL went extinct. theres only some hybrids and those were pretty expensive, so i just ended up getting him a liberty haze 5 pack...i also got some 8 ball kush from barneys farm. i wanted an OG like strain and a afghan-paki strain for myself. Sent a money order with a printed form to attitude in the Uk. Gunna have the beans delivered to Anaheim Ca at my buddies pad and from there they come to me in Humboldt county! extra super duty precautions...James bond shit hahaha

its a nirvana NL, ive grown 4 in the past, and they were all awesome to be fair. had 2 different phenos out of the 4 but i got exactly the same weight out of each plant. was real easy to grow and was really strong when smoked. id recommend them for sure.

so if one of the other plants decides to croak it, then ill not be too disappointed knowing there's the NL as back up.

beginning to read the hgk a bit better, have to water it at just the right time or it gets stroppy/droopy. for example my lights are gonna go off in an hour, for 6 hours. if i dont feed it now (as the pots have lost half their weight) when the lights come back on, i guarantee the leaves will have drooped.

after doing a little research into the liberty haze and holy grail kush, that these are gonna stretch big time. been on the main-lining thread by nugbucket and looking at the response ptfarmer420 has got from his plants.
decided to try a little main-lining for myself


1. NL 2. Critical + 3. HGK 4. Liberty haze 5. Orange bud

yeah ive been researchin here myself and have found some bad reviews of hgk and liberty haze but their usually amateurs talkin sh#t. stay on top of em. cant wait to see a nice hgk nug. i gotta wait another couple days to receive my seeds.... i grew a seed of some stuff called Super Dope 2 weeks ago in a rockwool cube. this stuff is super frosty hence the name! i saved the seed from a nug i was breaking up as i was rolling a doobie and placed it in a cellophane bag and labeled it. decided to try it out and its growing nicely. it has a nice purple stem ill post those pics tomoro fur shur.

Hows that critical commin along im on day 47 today and its damn near ready. I really didnt think it was gonna mature that fast. But it is. Im choppin sunday thats 49 days. And shes pretty big. Lotsa big side colas. Almost same size as the top head sack. I dont pinch or top. So i had one giant cola. Its about 13" tall and 5" wide. Good luck with yours man

yeah its really healthy, think its my favorite out the bunch so far, starting to bush out. hope it reacts well to the torture im gonna give it

cheers buddy, yeah i love canna coco, its awesome cant go wrong with the stuff.

the middle picture is the upcoming AK 47. Actually got 2 different AK's in here.i got some clones from 2 different people and were gunna compare. this is the last of the AK Im growing. as soon as those are done im switching to OG and Girl Scout Cookies. Our OG stinks so mutch and we didnt wanna grow it because of neighbors but what are you gunna do?? gotta give the people what they want.

looking to transplant tomo into 11ltr pots. and the decision is gonna have to be made on which plant has to say bye bye as only have room for 4

the northern light looks like it is a week ahead of the Holy Grail, and is by far the most advanced plant, swiftly followed by the critical, then the liberty and orange.

i really wanna keep the HGK but its all about timing and yield for me on this grow. gonna take a peak later when the lights come on and have a sleep on it. if it is truely holy, maybe the answer will come to me in a dream haha

this shits in my blood. My pops was in the "real" drug business in the 80's until he "retired" in the mid 90's. My Bro started growing pot 10 years ago and i joined him 4 years ago...straight up crime family hahahaha. but seriously i dont think what i do is a crime, all our stuff is grown and sold to medicinal dispensaries NOT in the streets (not that i have a problem with people selling it in the streets or sumthin). God put pot on this earth for you and me....take advantage man..take advantage. cause all this silly drug business will someday become legal. and then they wont leave it for people like you and me.
