I just built a cloner that looks like that but on the inside I have a 250 gph pump some pvc piping and a butt load of sprayers, it holdes 72 clones and works like a charm I didn't think it would but just like I was told in 7 days I have roots this thing kicks ass. I hope you have as much success as I have.

P.S. the more air stones the better and I would get an aquarium heater in there too, it will help getting more water into the air to feed your littlt ladies

no these clones were rooted in a humidity dome. but the roots weren't looking that great in the dome and i even lost one of the clones. i guess they are 3-4 weeks old. i'd like to get a smaller tub and make a clone tub. maybe only 2 or 3 gallons. i wouldn't know what to do with 72 clones!

lol...that must be some expensive dirt! well i gotta figure out something new for my clones because i just don't like how those rockwool cubes look infected with mold or fungus while they are in the humidity dome.

Just make sure u flower them babies soon as they look healthy. I hate rockwool too, I like to see my clones, just make a little DWC one and buy some ez-clone foam plugs, they're great great great great great!

Brothafromanothaplanet To get rid of the mold or allgee add a lil hydrogen peroxide in your water. And do not add the aquaium heater unless you want more mold and root rot. Heaters should only be used in the winter or very cold conditions.

hey ya brotha as far as a humidity dome try to tahe it off as much as possible I only ues the dome for the first 24 hrs then take it off untill the first signs of drooping then put it back on for a couple more hours then take it off again. it only takes a couple days of this then you wont need the dome the plants get more fresh air and less likely to mould.also the light should be weak and 12-18 inches away'like one bulb is good.i do this and have roots comming out the cubes in 7-14 days at 100 percent no deaths.

changed water out so here's a couple of shots of the inside of the tub while empty. i'm a little embarassed because the inside doesn't look that impressive..........should i have more airstones or something else in there?? the floranova has given my roots that nasty brown color and the high temps in my veg chamber aren't helping either. i'll probably veg for like another week and put them in flower.

Those petco air-tube things suck ass, I mean totally - they clog or come out of the grasping things. Get a REAL airstone, it'll be like a stone OR the flexi-tubes work good too. Plus u got root rot off the high temps and your water level's wayyy too low (it's not the flora nova fucking u up), try tossing frozen bottles or ice-packs in there a couple hours after the lights come on. Your water should look like this, all bubbly - two 12" stones on a 2 outlet air pump does the trick on this 5 galloner.

 ummmmmmmm.........my water levels not low.....the tub is empty!! somebody wanted to get pictures of the inside so i took these shots after i had drained all the water. and i was gonna do the ice pack thing, but right now they are vegging 24/7 so i didn't want to have to keep going in my room disturbing my girls that's in flower to be changing out ice packs. those are some damn good looking roots you got there!

well........my growtub is functional. however, i don't know if i like this grow method over dwc in 5 gal buckets that i have become accustomed to. only 3 plants are living out of the 5 i started with. and one died after a couple of weeks in flower so there are dead root deposits still in the rez. but the remaining roots look pretty healthy and the plants look healthy too. just isn't enough spacing for my plants and i don't like the idea of all my plants being susceptible to the same disease or malnourishment.
