Just wondering if anyone can chime in, I know HLG reps are fairly active on these forums. So I ordered a Slate 2 triple with 3 Qb288, just the boards and heatsink nothing else and they are in stock. Order placed, wait 3 days (website says all domestic orders ship in 2-3 days) on the 4th day I emailed them just asking what the hold up might be. Going on day 6 with no email reply and no update to shipping. Pretty frustrating. Might initiate a refund and put that money into a Cob setup. What are your thoughts?

My thoughts as well, first time buying from them but I know of their reputation, not a great first impression when trying to get your foot in the door of Qb’s.
Give Stephen some time he should see my post and can more than likely help you out. Their stuff flys off the shelf and it might have been a logistic issue with the server not updating fast enough to reflect actual inventory.

That’s what I was a afraid of, I know how quickly they can be out of stock. If that is the case it’s almost worst, I myself work in logistics & the moment something leaves the building it is standard that our inventory is updated. I’m not even upset I don’t have my light, I’m upset at the literal zero customer service, perhaps that changes today.

All orders will ship Monday so no worries.

We have had a huge influx in orders. Your order will ship and it was in the email you received that shipping is 3-5 business days. I also thinks it's on the site as well. Sorry for any confusion but Samsung was in for a visit as well so @robincnn has been out of town for a few days.
Great to hear about order influx. When can we get the IPO moving.
