Hi lads hows things.Have 3 seeds down in the soil,PPP.
Not sure if there feminized or not a friend gave them to me.I have a 1.7ft w by 3ft h by 1ft d. Ill be useing 20w CFLs,about 7 or 8 on a basic timer system.Still have to get nutes, but from past experience i wont need it for a weeks or so.

My question is basicly i have one 12cm x 14cm 12v PC fan that ill conect with a nokia charger. Is cold air intake more important then hot air output or who would i ring the system,im on a budget grow, but i have experience.

If you are sucking hot air out & if you have a air inlet in theory it should suck air in.. just make sure the hot air you are sucking out isn't anywhere near the air intake..

I would say it was more important to suck the old hot air out

when i first started growing i asked the guy at the hydrp shop the same question and he said sucking the heat out, when i got home i tried both methods and pumping the cold air in reduced my temps alot more then sucking the hot air out. why dont u try both for a couple of days and see which one works the best for u?

first i mounted the fan on the ceiling sucking the hot air out, the air coming in was was from inside the house, then i cut a whole in the floor and mounted it there sucking the cold air in and it worked much better, so come to think of it, it wasnt a fair experiment caz the first example was sucking in air from my already warm house not from the cold air outside. outside temps are around 40.
