how big for seed root before potting?

hey guys I've germinated my first 3 indoor seeds. all autos , super lemon haze, green crack and gorilla glue. just wondering how big the root out of the seed needs o be before i put them in the coco or dose it not really matter?

Plant them before the seed cracks open to minimize risk.
