Hello everybody.
I currently have 19 different plants.
11 are at their Week 6 (40-days old), but I started using Nutrients since Week 4.
8 are at their Week 7, (49-days old), also started with Nutrients here since Week 4.

What I've done / what I've used:
-On Week 4, I used Great White Powder (directly mixed with the soil) while I transplanted from the small pots (1,5L) I used since germination, to their actual ones (8L).
-On the same day I transplanted them, I started using:
--Advanced Nutrients: Perfect Sensi Grow A&B - 1 ml/L
--Advanced Nutrients: B-52 - 0.5 ml/L
--Advanced Nutrients: Voodoo Juice - 0.5 ml/L
--Advanced Nutrients: Piranha - 0.5 ml/L
--Advanced Nutrients: Tarantula - 0.5 ml/L
--Advanced Nutrients: Bud Candy - 2 ml/L
and then from 2nd week, I increased the above as mentioned on the feeding chart of Advanced Nutrients, and also added:
--Advanced Nutrients: Mother Earth Super Organic OIM - 1 ml/L
--Advanced Nutrients: Sensizym - 1 ml/L
--Advanced Nutrients: Rhino Skin - 1 ml/L
--Advanced Nutrients: Revive - 1 ml/L

It's the normal feeding chart, but maybe I started with nutrients a bit too late?

Currently, I'm facing some different issues.
A) Some leaves are starting growing with yellow tips, as well as older ones (Similar to Borno Deficiency)
B) Some are either growing unusual, or strange - smooth leaf edges - (Similar to Accidental Re-Vegging)
C) Some leaves are getting damaged (Like Caterpillars, Inchworms, or Grasshoppers damages).
D) Two plants only, reached approx. 40-50 cm already, the rest it's still under 40 cm probably.

Other issues that I'm unsure about:
Slug or Snail Damage, Potassium Deficiency, Manganese Deficiency, Light Stress.

The PH where I live is usually around 7.5
The PH and PPM of the plants & nutrients mix when I start was perfect. Around 6.8 pH and 720 PPM. (Used PH - to calibrate the PH).
When I checked today the plants (the moment I've done these pictures), the pH was over 7.3

Today I added more soil to all the pots and covered all the roots that were starting to come out on the top.

I hope someone with experience could help me to figure out how I can fix my plants.

P.S: Maybe also too many plants per square meter? I use a 120x120 cm grow box. It could probably do his part as well.

Any help is much appreciated!
