Thank you all for the help and advice but my towns pizza shop is now hiring :D must be a sign cuz I was walking my dog 15 minuets ago ans saw "now hiring all positions must be 18 or older apply within" so I had to take my dog home but now I am about ready to head back out to apply. Wish me luck!

my outdoor harvest was actually bad this year. The frost hit my area early and I had to cut them down 2 weeks ago, their curing right now and I should have enough bud to last me for 3 months and my indoor grow is still up and running so I'll have more in a few months.

Oh wow the military? Golly I never thought of that :D well seeing as I have and tried but I have Brugada syndrome and have fainting spells and they wouldn't accept me because I have a pacemaker and a heart condition... If you were in my face I'd bitch slap some of that asshole right out of you dick head.

And to everyone who thinks I'm a lazy POS as cocksucker hotrodharley obviously thinks I apologize for not letting you in on the whole story as to why I need help getting back on my feet. I had a job at a scrap yard making great money but the business went down and I was out a job. No worries I just went to ACT and got a temporary job making minimum wage but it was enough to provide for my family but after 2 weeks of working there I fainted and my heart stopped(Brugada syndrome) and went to the hospital and was told I have no natural pacemaker to keep my heart rate up to keep it from going so low and possibly killing me for good, so I had to have one put in. Needless to say I was on percoset 10 for 2 weeks straight and my left arm was in a sling for 3 days and I could barely move after I got out of surgery and I have been out of work for about a month but still to this day calling the temporary job service letting them know every week I'm more than interested in working but they hired a few new people when I was in the hospital. I probably didn't mention this because I'm not looking for a sob story I just wanted to know how to make a little money so I can feed my girlfriend and daughter. I'm sorry if that makes me a bad boyfriend and father in any way.

Thankyou for the back story. You shouldn't ever be made to feel guilty because of your circumstances. And if people don't want to hear your reasons not excuses it's not your fault if they get upset over having to have some sympathy/empathy. It's not a sob story, It's your real life and people will have to deal with it as you have to.

To be honest I deleted a very long post about what a shit you are, but then thought there may be more to it than that and you are looking at the pizza place.

There are a couple other 'I need money' thread you might want to search for and look through. And yes there are many ways to make money from home, but it's simply a matter of advertising yourself and knowing where your skills lie.

I can do this well -> I can charge for this

In the meantime, you can always pawn or exchange things you don't need or do off jobs in the neighborhood whilst looking for a 'proper' job.

I wish you all the best, and it's not just about feeling sorry for you; that is the position you are in, period. People are just reacting badly because of the dozens of threads like this from lazy kids who expect everything to fall into their lap, not people like you who are tying to be proactive. It does help to be totally honest on tw Internet sometimes. Some people call it attention whoring, but it does just make sense to not kid yoursel or anyone else and just be totally frank, eh..

It doesn't pay much, but what about SSDI? My daughter got it recently and she is 27. The judge was convinced when her medical records showed the NUMBER of incidents and doctors visits in a year would keep her from working full time unless she got paid for visiting doctors. her's was from an automobile accident. It doesn't pay much, but every bit helps...Medicaid, Medicare, and SSDI...once you have a base under you grow some mean bud!!!

Around here locally, ive seen plenty come up with creative door to door jobs.

Get a few cans of spray paint, and some number stencils. and charge people $10 to have their address painted on their curb.
you can also do it with a little custom stencil logo for an extra buck or two, of an amarican flag, or sports, or college logo.
manage to do 10 houses in an hour, and thats $100 an hour.

Get a bucket, and some soap, and go door to door washing cars.

borrow a lawn mower, and go door to door cutting grass.

there are many creative things like these you can do.

I thank you for your kindness and honesty :) but I never really thought to tell why I needed money. I can see as just by looking at my generation of kids that you'd think I was just some lazy starting out pot head who wanted to mooch off the government and have everything handed to me like most kids my age would want. But I try to work for my money. I just like the thought of knowing I have this money because I worked hard to get it and it was worth it. I'm blessed with the ability to get up and move and work and I love using that ability that some people would do anything to do. I'll always work as long as I'm able to. I was eger to get out of the hospital more to get back to work than I was concerned about my plants or smoking that first bowl in almost 2 weeks.

There are plenty of jobs in Maryland.....maybe not real close to your home but I walk the D.C. metro area a lot and see plenty of "help wanted" signs. I'd try getting a haircut, remove the tatoos and piercings, buy a button down shirt and a pair of khaki's, stop doing drugs for a bit so you can pass a piss test, etc., etc. There's plenty of work available for serious candidates at your level.....

I do accept the apologie you mean under your bad ass armor. I know a lot of people like you who need to keep a bad ass reputation but your on a medical marijuana site man. You smoke bud, just smoke some of your finest herb and chill out. I just didn't apriciate being called a loser and a piece of shit for trying to get some money because the last thing I want for my daughter is food and heat to be a luxury.

if you have or can get a p/u. jump on craigslist and look in the free section. theres always good furniture and other things. look for items in areas close to you, grab them up and garage sale them at home. brings me about 2-300 a month and i dont really put alot of work into it.

come out here to North Dakota and get in the oil field. I'm a floorhand on a drilling rig. The company I was supposedly just hired with has put me off because their rig is currently stacked out. I'm fucking frustrated right now, particularly because I'm homeless while waiting to get on and get company housing. They said they'll call me when they're up and running again and need the people...but I'm not holding my fucking breath for them, because I'm an experienced hand and time is money which I'm losing right now


Now would be the perfect time to get off your ass and drive out here...cuz while any drilling company looks to hire experienced people first, the cold ND weather will surely bring about some openings...once you get in and get experience you're able to leverage for diff positions



Pre-tax pay is $3,800 a week on a drilling rig...after taxes, that's like $3,200 take home/week


But you better be able to pass a hair follicle test

Call a temporary job service company. Most of the time they will keep you on of you do a good job. Its a great way to get a job without going to a million places and applying.
