How could I flood five gallon buckets? On an ebb table.

I am running over ways to flood five gallon buckets on an ebb table.

I have thot of a tube that runs into the buckets and filling them all with hydroton up to the top. But I want them more mobile.

I have thot of using rockwool in the buckets.

I have thot of using rectagle buckets that are low so the roots could expand.

I have also thot of just using buckets with lids and netpots and no media. As in just let the built up humidity feed the roots till they reach the water level at about three inchs. I always let my water level drop real low in buckets and they roots are alwayz happy and alive way up at top. I wonder how it would do.

I have seen drip lines into buckets. Just empty buclets. However when I made a drip line from a 500 gph pump with a 8 line manifiold it barely worked at all! I mean it was just dumb luck if the tubes worked or not.

Any other ideas. I want the buckets semi mobile so I can move them from tent to tent.

I grow trees. FOur in veg and four in flower. At least I am trying. I used an 18 gallon and it got a little too big.

I got some nice strains.

I think I can get some long ass roots in my cloner before i transplant to buckets.

My favorite way to grow was 4 inch rockwool cubes in a 3x3 ebb table. But for legal reasons I cannnot make that worth my time.

SO help away. By the way right now I use five gallon buckets. It is a mess when I havbe to refill them. Reservoir changes are a bitch and airstones constantly clog. Other than that I have ph and nutes down.

Your right. 5 gallon buckets are a pain for changing the water. I have three 4x4 tables each table in various stages of flower. 20 plants per table in 8" flower pots. I use flood and drain with soil as my medium allowing the soil to wick up the water and roots to grow down. I flood every 2 days for 20 min. to allow the water to wick. Using digital timers. This way all my plants get fed the same nutes. I have tried all other methods and this one seems to yield more for me. Also these plants are very mobile. I hope this helps in some way.

i make a flood table that is flooded with buckets sitting in it freely no hoses attached, the table has its drainhole and overlow hole. all you need to do is cover the table to prevent algae. you can move and rotate buckets.
