how do i post pics?

im trying to post a pic,, but it doesnt have a browse for me to search my files,, it asks me for an url instead,, what the heck is this?

Either click the Manage Attachments button,

find this:



When you click the Manage Attachments button, a new window like this should come up. Then Hit BROWSE. Then UPLOAD. You then upload the pics from your computer.
