How do i rid a carpeted room of spider mites?

I've been told by many to bleach the whole grow room and everything in it.... How do i treat the carpet? Bleaching the carpet is not an option for me, so should i bug bomb it with a fogger every day for a week or something?

Any ideas would be awesome.

Wouldn't a carpet cleaning machine with full strength cleaner do it? Cleaning solution(a.k.a. soap) plugs the breathing holes on insects and essentially suffocates them... and you'd only have to worry about that for the ones the steam cleaner doesn't suck out of the carpet...

Just a thought...

Neither should you be haha. j/k. Too late its already there and It's only temporary for another 6 months not even.

A little secret.... It's not really a grow room. it's a spare bedroom that has weed growing in it. lol. But for the record I learned the hard way that carpet should never be in a grow room.
