how do my 9 day old plants look?

thanks i came to the conclusion that i am going to do a grow log, this is actually my first grow ever indoors anyways

what kind of lights are you using? they are growing a little slow but they are healthy. they look like they were a little stretched in the beginning. heres mine at 9 days.

yeah im using a 400 watt mh light but i think the stretching that occured a little in the beginning was because i planted the seeds very shallow

man i just planted six seeds and they have all sprouted...i noticed the ones that had a harder time shedding their seed casings stretched...thats what may have happened with yours...i planted all mine pretty shallow as well...it makes since that the ones with the seed casings were trying to stretch for light...

i do need to transplant these babies though i think i can see roots grow down the sides of the clear cups and im guess they are with the other pot too

oh shit man!..yeah clear cups no gooooodddd......the roots need the darkness....if anything wrap the cup in electrical tape....

i planted mine between my 1st and 2nd knuckle. how do you germ? with a paper towel?

I usually just put my medium in my pot, poke a hole it in, drop the seed in, cover it up, and water. they usually pop out within 4-7 days without the helmet. i wouldnt germinate any other way.

either way your plants look nice and healthy so dont worry about it. ive seen some retarded plants on here, like this one dudes plant thats like taller than all my large ones and has about 4 leafs on it lol. mine have like 100 already.
