I have a wand attached to my hose that you can water your plants with. Growing some veggies (peppers/turnips/broccoli / cauliflower / eggplant / etc ) hose them down every few days with the hose . Sometimes the water comes out better than others, water company sucks.

I use tap water too. Just the aerating removes chlorine faster.

I do want an ro system. I want a high end one with a uvc light. It's pointless to buy a cheaper ro system imo. I want the water as clean as possible.

If you are able to collect rain water then do that too. It's a great way to conserve water. And save money if you have a water bill.

I wish I understood. lol but I don't! sounds crazy though. would like to see more images of it. but damn is that outdoors in a green house? they get enough light there? how long have those been vegging..?
I planted her in May. shes outdoor plant.. I just in the last two weeks built the frame and greenhouse to keep her from getting rained on..still a little while yet till finish.
The big plant was planted in ground.I dug down 3 ft filled the whole with compost/soils. Placed the jug inside..
(kinda like this but a bigger version with a hose attached to the top.
I then add my nutrients into a jug,,,walk by the fishpond on the way to the plants...fill said jug with pondwater mixing the nutes.. and pour it into the open ended pop bottle u see in the pic.(funnel if u will) it goes down hose into jug then out into soil further underground where the main roots would be.
( here u can barely see the pipe sticking out beside her when she was young, I had to add a hose into the pipe and a funnel on the end after she got bigger) The jug will also stay full .. regardless of the holes in it IF the surrounding soil is already wet enough.. I water 1 a week .seems to be doing ok.
