Hey guys here's what my indoor grow looks like for day 12 of flowering; if its only gonna be a 60 day grow, i'm worried these aren't gonna live up to much at all.

DO they look on the small side to you? What can i do to improve? I'm doing every other watering with tiger bloom nutes, 1/4 strength. Should I up the strength and do it every watering or what? It's bagseed, i know yield won't be amazing, but these look a bit pathetic. Tallest plant is 31".

They look really stretched, how long did you veg? What light are you using?
Sigh... I'm using a 400W HPS. I vegged for 31 days. I do not have the time to let it veg further. I vegged using an 80W 4 foot long fluorescent tubing, and at the end of vegging got the HPS.

They LOOK stretched, but they really arent, those stalks are thick as hell, and i've lost alot of leaves due to god knows what, nitrogen def, i dont know wtf happened but i tried my best using nutes adjusting pH etc, this is such a disappointment.

My Man...Weather you know it or not, you are growing Sativa! I know, because I am growing one also. You are really doing the right thing by flowering them now....mine is 42" and still growing and just 3rd week into flowering. I wish I would have started a month back. I found this to be a fairly good recipe for feeding...Nute....Nute...Water. Keep that schedule up and you will be fine. Your plants are very healthy and you may not know it, but the buzz is PREMO! Remember to check them EVERYDAY for shit. Bugs, insects, etc. 12/12 and your nutes. BEST OF LUCK!

Bro i hope you're right... They're gettin so tall and i cant really raise the light anymore, i'm gonna have to tie them over.

This is becoming kinda not worth it, ugh. How disappointing. I shoulda known i'd never have a green thumb.

dont beat yourself up for trying. its important to remember that you arent just growing a houseplant. you're growing a plant thats really fucking picky and moody and sensitive kind of like us women. but you shouldnt give up just because you're disappointed with your first grow attempt. just learn from your mistakes and do things differently the next time around!

Your first grow won't be the perfect one, your going through some trial error that all beginner growers have.

Hello Runagi,

Don't get discouraged! Your buds may bulk up just fine given some time.

I'm on my very first grow. I let my plants veg a bit longer, 54 days and I'm on day 18 of flower. Even though my plants seem to have more leaves, our buds look pretty similar in size (to my untrained eye anyways.) You can check out my journal by clicking on the link in the bottom thread.

I'm just happy that my plants are still alive and I love to see them change from day to day. I keep thinking about how much ass I'm going to kick the next time I try to grow.

Tell you what, you keep posting pictures and i will keep stopping by and see how you are doing. I really don't have any more experience than you to help, but I can be a voice of encouragement. Don't give up man! You're doing just fine. Check this out for a smile.

Dude! You sound so down, don't give up! If I were you I would cut all that chemically shit out n grow completely natural. Get an organic bloom nute like Budda Bloom by roots organics or many others at your local hydroponics shop. You couldn't do much better than the HPS but I dunno since you vegged with tube lighting. That could have played a major role in the fact that the yield is low. They could look stretched because of the type of plant. Keep us posted with how your grow goes, what day are you in now? Let us know if you have any other questions we would be glad to help out. Don't give up growing tho it takes awhile to get it down even the experts have problems. Cheer up :)
