How do we get medicine when no dispenseries are open?

Hello all,

New to this scene and am curious how to get medicine when no dispenseries are open? I know about growing and all but that is 3+ months away and if you are successful at it.

I don't want to go out and look for or pay a black market. Any clubs of compassionate users around?

If you know any of these answers PM me or post here. Thanks.

THCfinder.com should have local doods that check your med info and then come out and sell you just about anything you want. Clones, dry meds(weed), cookies, ect

Just dont go to Azcs...there are patient to patient trade you can do that are legal. Just amke sure to deal with someone that has a card and isnt trying to sell you overly priced weed. 300 or so an OZ is a descent price.

You can also try to hook up with a caregiver. there is paperwork involved but it is probably the cheapest option if you do not want to grow your own.

I wouldnt bitch about paying a high price but it has to be top shelf if you are gonna charge 400 a ounce. I mean it has to be a clone only strain or a rare breeder for instance like Space Ship or Super Lemon Haze or anything by OG Raskal but to see Bubba Kush and Grape Ape going for 400 it makes me sad.

Most of the clubs are in PHX. I think Tucson may still only have one. Not sure about other areas. Prices are always going to be higher walking into a storefront, but if you don't already know someone, you get convenience and some security that you wont get meeting someone at Starbucks.

AZCS isn't too bad. If you're emo, whine about prices or act like a straight up dealer you'll get kicked from their forum fast, which has left a few butt hurt. A little heavy on the ban hammer imo, but it is what it is - a decent place to network. They ask for a contract assigning them the right to grow for you and 50 an 1/8 with no breaks for quantity up to your 2 1/2oz. Mids are a little less. Pretty sure the other clubs are about the same or more. I know the 2811 club works a little different, charging you 75 at the door and giving you a "free" 1/8.

A good caregiver is your best bet. By good, I mean not only someone who isn't clobbering you for cash, but reliable, easy to get a hold of, safe, etc..

Azcs is terrible...GTFO of here if you are one of Bills sycophants. That whole operation is a shitty one. There site is only a drug dealing front. they arent compassionate. Dont go there.

Are there any user groups meeting who do have compassion? I don't want to pay high black market prices for a weed. I just want to try this for my medical condition. Any clone swapping going on? I do need to start a garden but that could be 4 months away if successful. What does one realistically do to try this without giving up his first born son?

and btw, I don't know Bill personally, or anyone at AZCS for that matter. I just think it's ridiculous to complain about club prices just because you know someone who can hook you up for less. I'll take the current trend of clubs over state licensed dispensaries ANY day. No one is forcing anyone to use them. As long as anyone who is a registered patient can grow their own or find a caregiver, I don't give a FUCK what clubs charge. And if you really did there are way better targets than AZCS right now. I think you're just mad cause Bill jumped your shit for being a dick on his forum.

Marijuana Buds for Less by seemore buds- great budget guide! ! actually did my first grow EXACTLY like his and pulled 7oz off 5 plants with 9 45w cfl bulbs. I even took the bulbs back to home depot when I was done. Shameless!!=( I know!! Initial investment is super low!!

Marijuana Horticulture: The indoor/outdoor medical grower's bible by Jorge Cervantes- Make sure to get the one with full color pages! Although i don't 100% agree with some of his methods, this book is the standard in regard to growing info. I have have referred to it literally thousands of times. Alot of solid info

Whatever you do......DO NOT get suckered by grow shops or slick online advertising telling you whats the 'best'. There are too many variables to tell you an actual $$ amount to complete a new grow. Anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand. Just remember whats most important. Your growing environment(air, temp, and water quality/ph) comes first. Solid strains second. Nutrients third. Think things out and plan ahead. Growing is fun and very rewarding, especially when your blazin your own nugs!!!! Good luck man. HMU for any other info.

All growers should start out reading " the grow bible" by Jorge Cervantes he even has cool videos on netflix. I agree learn how to grow your own and not get raped by these compassion clubs / dispensaries. I cant knock all dispensaries because the ones I been to in Cali have some good deals if you dont want to pay high prices for top shelf you can always get some low - mid's like Chem Dog or Grand Daddy Purp for 280-300 a zone. and they always have sells and freebies like edibles or a pre roll with every purchase.

the first pot book i had, A child's garden of grass, said to pull the plant, roots and all, and hang them upside down so the THC would flow out of the roots into the buds. we've come a long way!
