I was wondering how do I flush my plants?

If it's with water, won't that kill them by overwatering?

and if it's with water do you FLUSH then keep them out of the sun or what?

You flush out the nutes by not feeding them anymore . You force them to use up all the nutes in them . so you just give them plain water .. This is to flush the chemicals from the food out of the plant .. You'll notice leaves turning yellow twards the latter part of the flush ... you should start flushing 2 weeks before you plan to harvest ..

To correct soil should be flushed with three gallons of water per one gallon of soil. so if your using 1 quart of soil pots flush it with 3 quarts of pure ph'd water.

Why pH'd?
We pH the water so the plant can use the nutes. (aka:not lock up the nutes)
Flushing concept is to rid the soil/plant of nutes.

(pH'ing is nothing like filtering or R/O'ing the water)
