How do you insert photos into albums?

Im new to this site, can some one please tell me how to insert photos into albums? I feel like a dumb ass because i just started 6 new albums and none of them have photos lol

Open the album via the control panel. Look for the main blue-ish bar - the same one that the album titles on - then look over at the far right, you'll see upload options. The text is similar colour to the background bar, so its hard to see, but its there now you know where to look.
