Well... I skate, run from security guards/police (skaters are hated by a large percentage of the planet) and have sex with my girlfriend hahah... that's how I do it.

What about you guys?

I like to go on long bike rides, like 20 to 50 miles for leisure or up to 100 for a ride/race. Running sucks but I make myself do it. Swimming when it's possible. I did a triathlon last year, that was pretty intense. I owned and operated a pedicab for a while, that will whip your ass into shape! The bike is definitely my favorite, as it is the least like working out, and getting super baked and going on a 3 hour bike ride is fun. Mountain biking too, also baked.

wish I had that, I have actually run outside and nobody got time fo' dat
Running on the street hurt me and my wife's feet too much when we first started working out so we decided to get the treadmill. It totally saves your joints having a cushion deck and makes working out not so bad.

Who is this "Fit"? And why would I want to keep them? They sound difficult to be around.

Retired so have lots of time to do things to keep myself as mobile as possible. Try to do some type of physical activity at leas 3 or 4 times a week. Snowshoe, hike and jog in colder months. Backpack, climb mountains and fly fish in warmer times. I have grown to hate all stationary gym workouts. I have to get outside. #one rule is: any activity must be accompanied by a loaded pipe, especially when fly fishing.

i work. period. swinging a chainsaw, moving logs, shoveling dirt, pushing trees, dodging dogs, bees and irrate land owners, moving axles and treads, carrying a hundred pounds of gear deep into forests...im jealous of those who have time to work out, to sweat because just your body doesnt, to work hard just for fun...it must be nice.

Busted my ass for many years to be able to do it. Built my own house, farm and rental properties while working 50+ hrs a week in a factory and trying to start my own business.

All that is what put me in shape, I want to keep it that way.

That's what I did growing up, I think the most we burned in one winter was 55 cord. I used to sucker my best friend into helping me stack wood, sometimes I could get a whole line of kids tossing pieces to one another until it reached me as I stacked it. Pops always wondered how I got the help sometimes. I told him no one wanted to play basketball or football with odd teams so I was needed but had to do my chores first.

Grow as much of my own food as possible and NEVER stop at Mc Donalds. Does sex count when you are over 60 and it only lasts for a couple of minutes. lol
