Many things, try to eat healthy, drink mostly only water, I'm a logger by trade so that helps a lot when I have work. When I don't I run in the winter and all summer I help farm, hunt, fish, garden, etc.

I hunt.
Professionally, recreationally and for protein.
Most often all at the same time.

People that don't hunt or are against it realy don't understand it and get so caught up in the killing aspect of it they very often overlook the amount of time hunters spend communing with nature. Very few still understand conservationism. Those that do I find to be hikers.

Lift weights, transition heavy low reps in the winter than go for high rep endurance sets in the summer (for the lake lol).

Jog with the dog in the cemetery 3x per week. 45 min total. Eat a plant based diet with occasional meat treats. Easy.

I took Goju Ryu for about 3 years, + was active in a local gym since age 18-22, health issues from 20-42 made me give up any exercise but work.. which I gave up at age 40.

just recently purchased a reel push mower to help with shoulders/back *and the kids were scared of the gas mower*
I hurt daily.. no way around it but to make sure I move slow and get shit done. Pot has been a blessing as it helps and makes me want to get off my ass and get stuff done..

Sixty two and I hurt every day. Takes a couple of hours each morning to work the kinks out. Our bodies were made to move and not just sit. Would be a lot stiffer if I didn't make myself work out and eat healthy.
