How do you prevent and treat for bud worms?

what month should you start looking out for the eggs and what is the best way to prevent infestation?
when do the eggs hatch? and does anyone have a picture of the larva or the egg?

When you first see the moths in spring is the time to start with the BT.

I get the concentrate, but if you can't find it, Dipel or the like will work.
