How do you store super soil?

I mixed up a large amount of super soil to last me for the year & put it in big plastic bins with the lid on. I turned it once after the first week of baking.

Do I need to keep turning it every few weeks or is it ok to leave as is? I'm afraid of it going anaerobic

So I have super soil that's bin cooking for about 40 some days now nd I looked the other day nd it was kind da dry. Do I add more water when it gets dry like that or just let it go? Nd I also wont be using it for about another 60 days or so.

Keep it moist, not wet. I have 15 gal no-till pots, and I just try to keep the soil moist. If it dries out, the microbes will stop working, therefore the soil won't cook. I don't cover mine personally.

I store my super soil in garbage cans in my barn.
Sometimes they may dry out. I just re hydrate.
Haven't noticed any issues.
