How does growing with SOG cause you to get a crop every 5 weeks?

I have been growing for about three years now. I have done very well growing in large containers made of chicken wire and landscape fabric. There has been some big christmas trees.
Well now I am moving and dont have the room to grow big plants. But I do have the room to start a perpetual grow system. I understand that growing many small plants quicker in a small area can still give you a large crop.
But how do you get a crop every 5 weeks? I get that you root them witch takes up to 10 days, then veg them until about 6 inches. After that you put them in to flower.
But I dont know what kind of schedule to go by for everything to flow together.
If Anyone can fill me in on what I am missing, it would be a great help.

you need to alternate your flowering room to get a constant yeild like that. lets say your flowering 30 plants at a time. you will want to start with 15 and flower for 4 weeks than add another 15 and move the initial 15 to the other side. when those are done at 8 weeks the second 15 that went in will go to the side they where on and 15 new plants will take thier place.

How do I determine the size of the plant before flipping it? Is there a size the plant has to be to grow only one cola? I heard 6 inches is a good size before flowering. And how close do the small plants have to be together for SOG to work right?
