how far can pollen travel?

Hey everyone I am having a problem with my indoor crops getting seeded. I can't find any hermies or male plants or traits. Somehow my crops are getting seeded. The only thing I can think of is that I open my windows for fresh air. Im in Southern Pueblo and its dry so can stray pollen fly thru my window, thru my intake, and seed my girls?

How would I grow outside if this is the case? Also should I cull my ladys in week 4.5 as they are seeded like a mofo? Can I do anything with em? Thanks for any help.

I think the fresh air thing is a good and bad idea, Good: You have a almost constant supply of fresh air or in other words good air exchange, Bad: If you have outdoor grows the insects or bees may carry pollen from one plant to another (well that is what usually happens in nature)

So for me to think that massive amounts of pollen just drifted thru the screen is not plausible? The wind doesnt just blow it around? I have a lot of seeds and cant find the cause!

pollen can travel up to 2 miles VIA bees. If you think the outdoor air is carrying pollen thus seeding your crop look into hepa filters

Pollen will travel as far as the wind will blow it. But I'm sure you have a hermie also, the odds of an outdoors grow flowering in Feb are very slim.

Well it was an uberkush that had hermied like a mofo. The naners were inside the flowers. One plant was uber seeded so I cracked open a wet bud and there was male flowers and pollen galore!

Never had a plant hide its nanners so well. Thanks for the responses peeps. Here are some pics of what I ruined by letting that herm nut everywhere.

Toss the seeds if you haven't already. Those will not be femminized, if you witnessed a open stamenate flower pod, that was not entirely stress related intersex expression. Good luck homes

I am not going to keep the seeds. I am going to dry and smoke the flowers though.

I am going to be looking a lot harder my next grow.
