How healthy do my seedlings look?

So I have 4 seedlings right now in FF soil under 250W MH (400W Lumatek Digital ballast dimmed to 250W), the bigger greener one I sprouted and the other three that aren't looking to well (at least to me) a friend gave me. I just wanted to hear opinions on how they look so far, there only a couple weeks old and the three my friend gave me are a little shocked or stressed as they haven't grown at all in the past 5 days, they look a little greener but that's it. The bigger healthier one seems to be doing OK but it just doesn't look right to me, as you can see in the pics the bottom leaves look fairly normal but the top/new leaves have these wrinkle/vein looking things. Pic's #5 & #6 shows the top and underside of the bottom normal looking leaves whereas pic's #7-9 shows the wrinkly vein looking things, WTF is this????? Also, which light would be better for these seedlings, the 250W-400W Digital HID (HPS/MH), or the 260W CFL fixture that I built? (I attached pics of it IE: 3 x 65W 5000K & 1 x 2700K CFL's) Any advice or suggestion are greatly appreciated, thanks and keep em green.

They look really nice and green. I've had my cab built up and running for 3 months and I have yet to grow. I've tried papertowel and soaking to germinate and nothing. Atleast someones plants sprouted. Heh.

Well the bigger one is definately green and healthy looking but the other three not so much, for some reason they look a lot greener in the pictures but in reality they are very light green and kinda yellowish. I took a couple more shots to show the difference between them, I will be watering them today so should I give them some nutes? I have Earth Juice Sugar Peak (Veg), Earth Juice CATALYST, Earth Juice Soy-FUL, Water soluble kelp, Super thrive and Alaska fish fertilizer. Should I just use a very lite mix of the CATALYST, Sugar Peak, Kelp, Super Thrive and Soy-FUL or should I give them a little of everything or what? I'm very new to this so please bare with me here.

Plants look good and healthy nice node spacing too. As for the ones that a real light color they need to be fed. They are actually screaming at you FEED ME. Keep up the good work you will have some nice buds on your hands. STAY HIGH!!!
P.S. Dont listen to that dude above me. Phos. really isnt to much necessary until they start to produce buds. What they are screaming for is Nitrogen not Phos. I wish I could give him negative rep.

Well as you can see my bigger seedling is looking pretty good today, they got a lite feeding of Sugar Peak, Catalyst, Super Thrive, Soluble kelp, Bio Zeus & Soy-FUL and boy were they perking up towards that MH light today. The bigger one looks very happy and the other three look happier but still not great, I sure hope there girls, fingers crossed. I topped the big one about a week ago and I cut 4 tops again today, this baby's gonna get bushy. Well gotta go get ready for work, keep em green fellow growers.
