How long can I LST?

So I have these bitches still tied over, and the budding cycle has begun. Should I let them loose of their restraints, or is it cool to let them stay tied during the whole process? +rep for good answers from a vet preferably.

Why would you want to un-do all your hard work? Leave those bitched tied down.

keep them tied down......thats basically the point of LST'ing. To get as much light to as much bud sites as possible.

You can keep them tied down for the entire grow. After about 3 weeks into flowering (when they stop stretching and growing and focus on their buds you should stop tying it down in new spots, but keep the old ties there until it's all said and done.
