How long can plants go without co2?

I committed a cardinal sin. I set up everything and moved plants in without testing all of the equipment. Actually, just the Co2 regulator. Well, it has a massive leak (I did install the washer). I'll have to wait until my lunch break tomorrow to go and get a new regulator. How big of an issue is having the plants go without co2 for about 12 hours? I will be able to manually open the valve a couple of times between now and then. It's a fully sealed space with mr cool diy ac, dehu, and a ten pack of peanut butter breath, a ten pack of unicorn poop, and clones of GMO, dosido, gelato 33, and dead head og.

Do they not take in co2, give off oxygen In daylight, and at night, give off co2?? I can’t see there being a issue over 12 hours, there is always co2 available like bob said. Do you vent at lights out? I setup sealed but I still have a can fan on a damper to blow the room out. Not a big deal if I run out of co2.

You should be able to tell on your Co2 Monitor that you should be using to make sure you’re dispensing enough Co2 and not wasting any etc.

Average home has around 400-600ppm of Co2 on any given day.

if your area has any amount of gaps then the recirculating fan and filter inside the area should draw in enough through gaps to keep them happy enough.

So if you open the door wouldn't CO2 enter? Or did you not think of doing that?
Lol. Bunch of people answering this thread that shouldn't be answering anything in the advanced cultivation forum it seems.

Yes the plants give off CO2 at night, this will be quickly eaten up during first couple hours after lights on.

Yes opening the door will let in a little bit of CO2, and I emphasize LITTLE, eaten in probably 30 seconds.

When I run out of co2 on a Sunday I just do a bit of extra work in the grow room, it's crazy how fast breathing in a sealed room brings up the ppms. I can get mine to around 1,000ppm in 45 mins or so working in there.

I havnt seen any adverse effects when I run out of CO2 but the plants definately stall and leaves droop like they are asleep, so I always dim my lights or turn a couple off when I run out.

No CO2 = no growth

Thanks for the quote. I appreciate the educational response. Maybe after I get past my 2nd grow I'll be smart enough to be able to post in this section.

Well every one of your posts in here is a smart arse response, why bother? You say you've never used CO2, so I'm guessing you've always used an exhaust? Why even bother commenting when the bloke has a sealed room?

You think plants don't stall once they've eaten up all the available CO2 in a sealed room then I suggest you try it and find out for yourself.

I just re-read all my posts ever made. They aren't all smart arse responses. It was a joke, relax post police.
