if the plants go without water for a period of time the roots will grow bigger and downwards in search of water and more roots means a healthier stronger plant.

Thats cool man thanks for responding im not really the smartest of the bunch, but this is my first grow and in atleast 2 more months im gonna tie my plants down to keep them at atleast 1-2 Feet

How long do you recommend not Watering it??

Like 2 days without water then i should water it on the third day and then start it over for another 2 days without water??

i water my plants everytime i put my finger in the dirt and if it passes the second fold line on my finger then i water it. so after u judge the amount of time u need for a regular watering cycle...but like they always say less is more
