my plants just came up how long should i leave the lights on for i'm growing using hydro please help

This is a recent thread here on the forum I think you'll find very informative.

Give your plants at least 18 hours of light per day for vegging. 18 on / 6 off is good. Humidity should be less than 60 percent.
