What to know what kinda yield everyone gets with what kinda veg time and what training techniques do you use ? Fim, lst, suppercropping? Do you prune and if so when ? If you lst ? How long do you keep time down for ? How many times do you top ? Do you do all 3 ? Lets hear it!!!!

I grow shorter indica dominant strains so I have to veg for at least 8 weeks maybe more depending on how tall the plants are. On the 12/12 switch they hardly stretch at all. I also usually top them once during veg. I usually average around 2 oz on my fem strains that I have created. I grew sativa dominate strains a few years back and would top them once or twice and lst at the same time with a little shorter veg. They were usually scrogged under chicken wire. I would average 4-5 oz. This was a strain like Subcools Jack the Ripper.

Ok cool I plan on doing 4-6 week veg Larry OG and chem valley Kush . I've been lst and plan on topping them 2-3 times each . What yield could I get ? 9 plants under 1000 watt in a 4x4 tray

Estimating yields are difficult. It depends on a lot of different variables. I've never grown those two strains but I heard they are killer. Ogs aren't the best for yield but growing them long enough and lsting and topping will increase your yield dramatically. The chem valley kush will probably be your better yielder as chem dawg is a fairly good yielder. You may have a few different phenos in each strain as LA Con is known for that but I'm sure you could find a definite keeper. Just veg longer and grow them big for your best yield.

If you are growing from seed, check out mainlining as a method. I like a 5 week veg usually, but if you want speed, 4 is a good number. Longer veg, more product, unless you are height restricted. It all depends on the strain. Shorter time for veg growing Sativa, as height and finish time play a big part. Indica you can veg longer, but finish time still could be a factor. I would recommend 4 weeks, that should be fine for any strain.:peace:

Strain - purps x master kush
veg- 8-9 weeks
pot size - 20 gallons of coco
lights - 3 1000's and 1 600 all vertically hung
temps 78-80 with lights on 70-72 with lights off 45% rh all the time
I use lst, topping , super cropping, and heavy pruning at day 21 of flower and again at day 40 ish
yield- depending on which pheno I use 10-14 oz each plant. They are about 3 1/2 feet tall at time of flip and ending rigt around 5 1/2- 6ft tall and about 4-5 ft around. Will post a couple pics when I get home to my computer

these pictures are from right around day 40 about 25-30 days from harvest

He'll ya man thanks for sharing all the info . I pretty much plan on doing exactly what your doing but with Chen valley and larry and probably like a 6 week veg . I'm only using 1 1000 watt for 9 plants in a 4x4 . And I plan on doing all the same training methods your doing but lst and top in veg and then prune in flower . You lst and supercrop during flowering ???

Using a cutting and flowering with CFL (add 2 weeks for if it is from seed), once rooted, I go about a month of near daily training. Keep em about 8 inches tall max in 1 to 2 gallon pots, flower em. 2-3 ounces average. A bit more and a bit quicker under small HID/HPS

Yes I lst an supercrop in flower. I only supercrop when the branches just won't stay away from the bulb . I haven't seen any ill effects from it. I lst to let more light into the center of the plant. Even after heavy pruning I still have to open them up they are so thick
