How long into veg til the roots are too big to pull the net cups out of their slots?

I have a bit of a situation. I'm running perpetual, but won't be able to keep my veg area anywhere near my flowering area, meaning I won't be able to fit my 4x4 veg table into the room that I flower when I'm ready to throw said veg plants into flower. My only option is to take the veg plants (2'' net pots, vegged for 2 weeks) into the flowering room 1 by 1. Do any of you know if the veg roots will be too big after 2 weeks of veg (1 month from being cut from mothers)? I've never done aero with 2'' net pots.
