how long should i keep my lowriders under cfl's before i move to hps

please help wanna get this right,
i have my lowriders in jiffy pellets they are and inch and a bit tall got them under 300w cfl's . i will be transplanting into new homes as soon as theres enough roots another couple of days atleast. when should i turn the hps on .
any info would be great as i haver never tried this strain b4 .
i plan to cross it with a northern lights special and then back again , and then cross that with spontanica . i will be making a photo diary soon as until finished.

i heard as soon as it pops u flower it ... u can skip the whole veg cycle

i know they are auto flower ,
i wanna know how long until i turn the the proper lights on ,
im scared the other lights will be too strong for them .

i have my 400w mh on my 6 day old seedlings, everything is going good so far. Id say it is safe now, just make sure the light isnt too far away and more importantly since they are young, not too close. just put your hand at the top of the plant and if it gets really hot bring the lights up and try again. i have mine about 2 feet above and i havent seen over stretching. hope this helps
