How long to cook

I'm curious if cooking for 24hrs a day In a tent with a light on 24/7 to keep the temps up would be faster Than outside?? And how much water should I add to 50 gallons of soil that's cooking, I just threw a gallon of reverse osmosis water in there, but not sure if thats too much or not enough.

I leave mine in the tent and in the pots to cook between grows. Just be sure not to let it get too dry.
