how long??

kk i am realy pissed right now..i just went to check my plants out side and one got ripped out of the pot and is lying on the ground .the roots are still atached to the steem. the plant is realy willted. i think its been out for about tops 2 days if i put it back in a pot will i beable to bring it back??
please help!!!

give it a try 50% compost 50% perlite in a pot feed it sea kelp. a bit of water every day till it picks up best of luck
