how long

should i let my new babies stay on 24 before flowering. they came up from seeds not clones. i normally let them go to 10 inches but i wanna try a shorter plant this time and want to know the least amount of time i can veg them

I would imagine you could start flowering when you have 6 sets of leaves, i might be wrong because ive never tried, but that seems like a good amount for the amount of light the plant will use
