Not sure what that 24k BTU for 3 lights is about. I cool 6 1000w DE's turned up to 1150w and have no issues with getting my temps down to the mid 70's, even with my dehumidifier running.

24k BTUs would just cover cooling needs if ceiling height is 8 feet. I’d go with 36k personally.
A ton of cooling for each lamp?? That’s insane lol. I ran 4 phantom de’s last run and cooled them with a single 8” intake from outside. It’s winter so temps would get down to 35-40 at night and my fan would actually turn off on thermostat.

Where are you located and what’s ambient temp of your room? Room dimensions?
I’m in a pretty hot area and a clients sealed/insulated room has 8x 1kw DE’s that a 4 ton can’t keep up with. In overdrive mode, I’m sure a room with an ambient temp of 80-90F would require at least 6000 btu per light between dehuey. Then you gotta step up 1 from there. So I would assume a 24000 btu would be just that.
