How many do I need?

So, a friend and I are about to go halfsies on a SeeMoreBud setup, but we're short on cash right now.

We got a couple of tube light fluorescents to germ and begin vegging under until the next paychecks come in two weeks. We're only growing three plants...

How many lights would you guys suggest? We just picked up two for now.

what size space? CFLS or other lighting
