how many plants??

Hi everyone, i am new at this forum and this will be my first "professional" grow with a good enviorment and i need some opinions to help me out please

My setup:

1 tent with PVC foil = 2.40m X 1.20m X 2m(height) - 2.88 square meter
2 600W HPS phillips son t with cool tube
Extractor RVK 150 A1 400m/3h.
Intractor RVK 125 A1 300m/3h.
odor filter
climate control
hensi nutrients
strain - I didnt choose the strain yet

so my concern is how many plants should i plant, i was thinking 30...since the optimal lumens per plant are 7K, but i am not sure how to do the math here...i will have 184K for 2.88 square foot, and correct me if i am wrong 184K divided by 30 plants will be around 6130 per plant, my goal is to get 90g-100g per plant which i think is possible with the right temperature and humidity at all times...with the right dosage of nutrients and right amount of watering...and right lumens...also if you know a good strain powerfull with a nice yield let me know as well.

so please can anyone tell me if I am on the right way...all opinions are very welcome and apreciated.

The rule of thumb is no more than one plant per square foot. If you are growing Sea of Green style, and want lots of single cola plants, then grow four per square foot.

i noticed your hieght is only 6 ft.. that could be a problem with taller plants. You have lots of light, what about lowryder2 they will not get as tall but big colas and i think it finishes early. If you are not getting feminised seeds you better start around 80 plants 40 will be male and 10 will suck. Maybe u have clone
I have 12 plants under a 1000 big suckers 5 weeks all over 2 ft... 7 weeks to go... this will be fun.

yeah, thats why i thought with 2 600w i could use more than 4 plants per sq/m, since lumens are the important thing...I will get all feminized seeds, from there i will clone them, yah lowrider 2 i was thinking about that since are 8 weeks from seed to harverst!!...but just wondering those plants may give 15g per plant or something like that...being 6ft tall my tent i will leave the veg 3/4 weeks and bloom 6 weeks...so the plant wont get too tall also i want indica so they stay shorter.

its also about space, every plant needs it own space to do well, more plants means more stress on the plants too. it is not just about the power of light you can deliver to the green. also the plants need air (CO2 during light/ O2 during dark) to grow.

and even air-cooled 600Ws will produce lots of heat, and 5 3/7 m³ will heat up fast on you and your plants. so plan the ventilation well!
